Landscaping

There are many facets of landscaping and carrying out the task yourself can be a very rewarding experience.

That reward is not just satisfaction but a monetary advantage also. Real estate agents agree that a well laid out block contributes to 10-15% of the total value of a home.

The final effect can, after a few years give real pleasure
Various grass like plants such as Dianella, Lomandra and Phormium (Flax) can be useful and provide an attractive appearance but not when maintained with a chainsaw!!
Here a home owner landscapes with various materials, working to a plan which when finished will add greatly to the overall appearance of the new home.
